In accepting his party's nomination, John McCain said "I know some of *you* have been left behind in the changing economy." The McCains don't live like we do. In fact, at the same convention Cindy's outfit cost roughly $300,000. We will look into other ways that same $300,000 could have been spent.

Americorps Stipend
For $300,000 Cindy and John McCain could have paid for 28 AmeriCorps volunteers to help recruit and train others to work on issues of disaster preparedness - in Phoenix.
